We are not able to provide this service due to issues with liability.
We are happy to move items located in the attic if it is a walk-in and finished room. If it isn’t a walk-in attic, we will move the items if they are brought down by the owner.

We have a complete list of prohibited items which includes any perishables, flammables, or toxic fluids and materials.
We prefer the dressers to be empty but in some cases we are okay moving them with clothes in the bottom drawers only. If the crew determines that the item is too heavy or not sturdy enough to handle the weight, we will request for the items to be removed.
We prefer file cabinets to be empty but in some cases we are okay moving them if files are located in the bottom drawer only. If the crew determines that the file cabinet is too heavy to be moved properly, we will request for the items to be removed.
Yes, the refrigerator needs to be completely empty.
We can, however, we recommend finding an alternative if possible as plants generally take up a significant amount of space and may require an additional trip, thus adding time to the move. We cannot move plants if they will be in the truck overnight or moving across state lines.
We have various sizes ranging from 16’ cube trucks to 52’ tractor trailers.
It depends. If you need packing and/or have any items that will be difficult to move, we’ll definitely want to come out and take a look. We can also set up a virtual survey.
Yes, if we have the resources available we can definitely help! It all depends on our availability and the size of your move.
It depends on the size of the move. If your move begins in the morning and is estimated to take longer than 4 hours, our crew will more than likely need to take a break for lunch.

We will either reschedule or do our best to cover your materials and work with the weather, assuming the customer is okay with proceeding.
We have moved considerably more people than what is reflected on review sites. The vast majority of those moves have been positive experiences for our customers. Unfortunately, customers with a great experience don’t always have the time to leave us a positive review. We strive for excellence and we investigate and respond to any reviews that we receive to come up with an agreeable solutions for all parties.

If you purchase your own moving pads, we are able to leave items wrapped. However, we would no longer be liable for claims at that point.
